Come join me for a fun class and learn another technique to make a French braid quilt.
This one is made from strip sets rather than using individual pieces to make the braid.
Gather up your 2 1/2″ strips or a jelly roll so we can start having fun.
There are usually 42 strips in a jelly roll. If choosing your own strips, scrappy or coordinated, plan on at least that
many. It’s an easy method and can be made with 4 strips or 5 strips. You can also use fat quarters for your strips.
If you want to use 5 strips (which makes a wider braid strip) you will need to have a minimum of 21″ in length.
