Winter Retreat February 18-22, 2021 Registration Fee:  $50.00 (member-in-good-standing) Registration Opens 6:30 pm, December 3, 2020 on Website http://www.Valleyquiltersguild.com   24 Spots Available on first-come-first–served basis   The Valley Quilters Guild Winter Retreat will be held February 18-22, 2021 at the Grandview Hotel in Wasilla, Alaska.  The retreat begins at 11 am on February 18 and ends at 3 pm on February 22, 2021.  All attendees must be members –in-good-standing by January 31, 2021.  If you have registered prior to January 31, 2021 and on that date have not renewed your membership, your spot will be given to the next person on the waiting list and your registration fee will not be refunded.  It will be easier for everyone if you renew, or pay your new member dues BEFORE you register for the retreat. Registration for the retreat may only be made on line through our website and is limited to one purchase per member, this will ensure that we have an accurate list of attendees. Please do not sign up on the wait list until all seats are taken All attendees must provide their own pressing and cutting station.  One ironing board and iron will be provided for large projects.  You are asked to provide sanitizing equipment for your personal use if you are going to use the iron and ironing board provided.  Also, due to Covid 19, we are asking that you bring snacks and beverages for your personal consumption – no sharing of food.  At this time, please follow the guidelines established by the Governor, the City of Wasilla and the Mat-Su Borough.   Additional information will be given closer to the date of the event.
